Sales and Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Offices: Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto

We are currently seeking Representatives to join our Donor Engagement Team in Calgary, AB.

Position Overview:
As a Representative, you will represent charities, businesses, and hospitals in various community settings. This position is ideal for individuals with a Sales or Customer Service Representative (CSR) background who value professionalism, teamwork, and meaningful work.

This is an in-person role that requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for community involvement.

Schedule & Work Environment:
-- Hours: 12 PM – 8 PM, Monday to Friday
-- Type: Full-time
-- Setting: On-site (not remote)
-- Must be able to commute to our Calgary office on the days you are scheduled to work
-- Vehicle not required — travel to community sites is coordinated and covered by the team

Key Responsibilities:
-- Professionally engage with members of the public to present charitable and community-based campaigns and inspire support
-- Represent clients and their partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
-- Build rapport and meaningful conversations with potential donors and community members
-- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance campaign knowledge
-- Maintain ethical and accurate donor interactions in compliance with industry standards
-- This position involves in-person community engagement in public venues, events, and pre-approved outreach and residential areas

Qualifications:
-- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service (CSR) is an asset (training provided)
-- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability are essential
-- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in public or event settings
-- Must currently reside in Calgary or nearby areas
-- Must be available for in-person work (this role is not remote)

Compensation & Benefits:
-- Base pay (per-diem) plus performance incentives and commissions
-- Typical representatives earn between $750–$1,200 weekly after training
